GREEN Butterscotch Smoothie

***Discovered that the Juice Plus link was to Vitamix! It’s corrected now!! Sorry ;).***

We know what you’re thinking!!! But, even if the name is kind of sick sounding, the taste and the calorie-bang-for-your-buck is awesome! Let us know what you think and also if you have any ways you like to jazz up your smoothies healthfully!

Ingredients:
Juice Plus
Complete Dutch Chocolate 1 scoop
Almond Milk, 1 Cup
Handful of Spinach
2 Packets of Truvia (to taste)
1 cup Ice
1 tbsp sugar free butterscotch pudding mix
Water to taste

Add ingredients to blender (Blendtec, Vitamix) and blend to desired consistency.

A Little Arthur Story

Did you love last’s night’s premiere??? We did. So glad to have Bob AND Jillian together again!!! We just couldn’t help sharing another fun story from the beginning of our Biggest Loser journey. This one involves that loveable Arthur Wornum. He and his Dad Jesse were a hoot and we loved going on the journey with them by our side.
