Dressings Hannah mentioned: Bolthouse Farms Salsa Ranch, Chunky Blue Cheese
Recipe
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
Dash of garlic powder
1/2 tbsp (or to taste) red wine vinegar (or vinegar of your choice)
1 tsp olive oil **optional**
Calories: 0 without the oil, 42 with the oil

Hope everyone’s rocking their January…staying on track and seeing growth. BUT….if you haven’t already, you will have a bad day. A day you want to throw it all out the window and head for the ice cream. This is the second part of our series about making it through them.

We know what you’re thinking!!! But, even if the name is kind of sick sounding, the taste and the calorie-bang-for-your-buck is awesome! Let us know what you think and also if you have any ways you like to jazz up your smoothies healthfully!
Ingredients:
Juice Plus Complete Dutch Chocolate 1 scoop
Almond Milk, 1 Cup
Handful of Spinach
2 Packets of Truvia (to taste)
1 cup Ice
1 tbsp sugar free butterscotch pudding mix
Water to taste
Add ingredients to blender (Blendtec, Vitamix) and blend to desired consistency.
