Make Your Own Salad Dressing

You asked for it and here it is! What do you do to keep your dressings low-cal and healthy (and delicious!)?

**Super Salads**

Dressings Hannah mentioned: Bolthouse Farms Salsa Ranch, Chunky Blue Cheese

Recipe
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
Dash of garlic powder
1/2 tbsp (or to taste) red wine vinegar (or vinegar of your choice)
1 tsp olive oil **optional**

Calories: 0 without the oil, 42 with the oil
