Hey ladies! I am always looking for new ways to have a protein smoothie/shake…. I just have one question. The protein powder, do you find that the brand you use is good tasting? or does it have a protein powder flavor, because the one i use gags me!

Yum Yum Yum! I kinda wanna make this shake now!!! Looks heaven and only 172 cals?? What can be better??? Hannah did you stop eating peanut butter altogether? I love peanut butter too but I don’t eat it everyday and thanks to you ladies I’m hooked on the pb2. Can I add that instead of the butterscotch?
Love you both soo much! Keep the videos and posts coming… I live on them!

Is juice plus the only protein powder you use? I’m kind of struggling with finding the right one since there are so many out there. As of now I use nutraBio. Ever heard of it? If you can please check it out and let me know what you think.. Thanks so much!

Can you use the Coconut milk insead or would that give it a differnt taste. Also I’m a big fan off mounds do you think you could make a smoothie that taste like a mounds candy bar? I found a way to make a low cal dessert with reduced fat ricotta cheese, dark chocolate chocolate powder coconut extract and stevia. taste like a mounds candy bar.

Oh my goodness, this looks delicious. I’m like Olivia about my veggies-I struggle to get those but have no trouble with fruits. Adding a little bit of the pudding mix is genius. There are so many flavors you could probably try with this that would be yummy!

OMG this is brilliant! Also, would never have thought to put protein powder in the kiddos smoothies (my four-year-old is on a chicken boycott right now and i’m always looking for ways to get protein into her)! Awesome! I just made one myself, minus the pudding mix bc we don’t have it in the house. Hey-o! You girls rock!

NO JOKE this was soooo good! i just made it and gagged the entire time thinking about tasting it….was ready to tweet you girls that it was disgusting and what are you thinking and then…….VIOLA! i tried it and sucked the whole thing down. it was SOOOOOO GOOD!!!! my new fave! YUM!

Hannah and Olivia, I would love to introduce you to a whole line of products that would help you kick bootie in your workouts. One product is a bar that has a natural product found in the body that accesses your FAT stores so you burn fat NOT muscle during your workouts. Please comment if you are interested! I think you will love them!!!

I made it and everyone in my house thought it coconut in it instead of spinach. I didn’t tell them any different until after they finished. Lol. It was a big hit. Thanks for all the information you guys give.

Hey ladies…omg this is the best smoothie ever…. thank you for taking time and helping keep those who struggle daily with healthy options. Makes it easier and exciting to come to your site that keeps it real and simple. You are wonderful people!

I made this and I put it in a very dark tumbler and let my hubby try it, and he loved it. He would of never tried it if he saw it was green. SO please don’t let the green stop you.. its very yummy. Im personally using Jillians Chocolate with this recipe. Yea!! Love it!!! So glad to have a change, thanks again ladies.. you continue to rock it!

Awesome! I just tried it and it was delicious! There was so much in it (I added a cup of water) I had to halve it, but it’s really good. I used Pure Protein because it was on hand, but with halving it helped lower the calories. I also used only 1/2 cup of skim milk to bring down calories. It ended up being about 107.5 calories when I halved it (215 total). My mom can’t eat veggies raw because of stomach issues but she didn’t have any problems with this. A great way to get extra protein and greens.

This looked so yummy BUT I have Meniere’s disease which means I have to eat VERY low sodium. The pudding mix alone would add 310 mg sodium…yikes… so I improvised and in place of the butterscotch pudding I used 2T of PB2 (the dry peanut butter- 45 calories and 5 grams of protein) and 1 tsp of cacao nibs (minimal calories).
OMG..OMG… there was still a bit of crunch from the cacao nibs and it tasted like a butterfinger blizzard from Diary Queen.. no kidding.. I also used powdered greens, very concentrated, rather than spinach. THANK YOU for the inspiration. I like the idea of no fruit, I tend to eat too much fruit. What a wonderful duo you both are!!

OMG! LOVE This. I’ve never been a smoothie girl but I’m 100% all in now. Thanks for this great recipe.
