The Bachelor, Pate, Houser, Mardi Gras, Jambalaya, and Wife Material!

Hannah VLOGS!

Jumbalaya Ingredients
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
I make my own Cajun seasoning with this… 2 tsp salt, 2tsp paprika, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 ¼ tsp dried oregano, 1 ¼ tsp dried thyme, ½ tsp of red pepper flakes – I used this on other dishes as well.
1 1b of turkey kielbasa
1 diced onion
1 green bell pepper
2 celery stalks
3 cloves of fresh garlic
1 ¼ cup of uncooked brown rice
2 ½ cups of chicken broth, I used low sodium and added seasoning where needed
1 16 oz can of Italian crushed tomatoes
Dash of Worcestershire

Directions

In a large Dutch oven or skillet, sauté onion, bell pepper, celery and garlic until tender with olive oil, when veggies start becoming soft add sausage. Stir in crushed tomatoes, and add Cajun seasoning, stir in the rice and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed

**Divide into 6 servings
I like to serve this with a big green salad and Ice tea!!

**Tip – If you absolutely do not want to do rice, I understand! Make this a stew and add zucchini, squash, more bell pepper, mushrooms and your favorite veggies to cut out the starch!

After I lost ~100 pounds I had to have gallbladder out…doctor said it was pretty common when you lose a lot of weight. Feel better!

I had a gallbladder flair up a few years ago one New Year’s eve. I ate too much fatty food and my gallbladder had a fit. Not a way to start a new year off! 😉 Try a combination of beets, olive oil, and lemon juice. I think beets are known to help clean up & clear up the gallbladder. My chiropractor believes in the holistic approach to solving health issues and she gave the recipe to me. Originally I just bought a can of no-salt sliced beets and drizzled some olive oil and fresh squeezed lemon juice over them. I now have a Nutribullet and can make a juice out of the combination. You can also use raw beets. Just stay away from the pickled beets for this issue. Dandelion root tea is also pretty good at clearing out the liver which the gallbladder may also benefit from. You can find it in the natural foods section at Krogers or Publix. Hope you feel better soon!

I just found this website searching for pcos success stories. I have never watched the biggest loser but I’m so thankful to find you and your sister. I have watched every vlog! I signed up for the news letter. I’d be really interested in seeing vlogs only about what you ate when going through the weight loss. How many calories and carbs and fat did you consume? How many meals per day? What are some on the go options for breakfast lunch dinner and Snack? Did you meal prep every Sunday and if so what did you do? All of this would be helpful to me and I’m sure so many others with pcos or even without. Again thank you for your honesty and keeping it real.

Can you imagine the riot the day we get rid of Welfare? While there are some people who cannot work and needs assistance, most people are like Angel Adams. Make her get off her ass and get a job or 3. Make her good-for-nothing family babysit for her. Make that poor excuse of a man who fathered her children pay for their support. Angel Adams and her ilk are the problem. Removal of all benefits IS the solution!
