Even More Questions!

This is part TWO of our three part questions series. Don’t worry, we’ll do it again soon ;). After all the gassy discussions in part one, this seems a little more tame…don’t know — you be the judge!

We go after Halloween costumes, favorite TV shows, and Hannah’s unfortunate Makeover Week bangs. Let us know what you think!!

Ingredients:
6-8 large apples peeled and cored
2 cinnamon sticks
2 tablespoons agave nectar or honey (or sweetener of your choice)
Water to cover apples in pot
Yellow food coloring, or red and yellow to make orange (optional)

Place sliced, peeled, and cored apples in a stockpot
Add water just enough to cover apples
Add two cinnamon sticks
Bring to a boil
Reduce heat to medium low
Allow contents of stockpot to simmer for an hour and a half stirring every 15-20 minutes
When applesauce reaches desired consistency add sweetener of your choice
At this point use caution as mixture will be VERY hot
Allow mixture to come to room temperature before adding food coloring (if so desired)
ENJOY!
