  1. LOVE the new look of your website and am so happy that you will be posting regularly on Wednesdays and Fridays. (I tune in to Ben every M, W, and Fri.) All of the information that you share on health and fitness are really motivating! I particularly like the videos that share recipes, workouts, BL experiences and things you learned throughout your journeys, etc. Congratulations on your three year anniversary. I think you’re just getting started!!!!

  2. Hey girls!

Just a question for you two. I was wondering if you ate something in the morning BEFORE your work out AND after or just one or the other? And what are some things you eat for a quick, healthy breakfast (this granola looks awesome and so does Hannah’s healthy breakfast) but anything else? Also, do you prefer to listen to music when you work out (like when your jogging) or do you prefer no music. One more fun question, are you gals a fan of Hanson? Yes, as in MMMBop Hanson? ;) I just want to know what you think! Thanks for all you do, big fan here!
