You guys inspire me. I want to run NY Marathon one day 🙂 Keep up the good work
Cute video! I love that Ben was running for charity. Sometimes running can feel like a selfish sport, especially when you’re out there by yourself for the hours and hours of weekend long runs that a marathon entails. Running for charity is just a way to turn all your hard work for yourself into a benefit for other people! I love it. I ran the Boston Marathon for the Cystic Fibrosis clinic at MGH, and knowing I was running for them got me through some tough long runs (training through a Boston winter!), knowing that I wasn’t just doing it for myself. This will be the year of the half marathon for me. I’m running one in Tracy, CA in January, and then the Oakland, CA half marathon in March. I’m hoping to break 2 hours in the half marathon this year, so I’m going to give myself lots of opportunities to reach that goal!
Half Marathons are my favorite distance so far I am running the Disney Marathon Relay( my sister is running the first half and I am running the 2nd half) and the Disney Princess Half Marathon. Someday I will work back up to running full marathons, goals right now are to stay as fit as possible while getting healthy.
Great job Ben! Hannah-you really do look like you were freezing!
I never thought I could be a runner – but now, after losing 100 lbs, I am running my first race – the Jingle All the Way 8k in Washington, DC! You guys should come do an event here at the capitol!
