I love the inspire video.. You know I watched you two on BL and that is what hooked me to that show. Anyways I can’t picture you two heavy.. Is that a surreal moment? I wonder what people will say once I get to my goal weight, will they recall what I looked like over weight? I so will remember tho.. I don’t want to go back to where I started this journey. My mind has been the hardest thing too change. I love the Gym, and I don’t mind eating on a schedule or even count my calories. It is my head.. I need to see a vision of myself and what I can achieve. Thank you.. thank you for taking the time to help us.. Feels very loving.

hey girls! I’m an American living in the UK and your season is currently being shown here!!! I’ve not seen it, but stumbled across your posts and love you all! I’m sure through the season many Brits will come to love you too! Thanks for the encouragement you send out to the world!

Sorry, meant to say… am currently watching it with everyone here, and have not seen this season before it started airing here… sigh, It’s Friday and I’m ’bout done tuckered out! 😉 Peace

Christie, I feel like I’ve been waiting forever for it to come on over here! I want it to be on everyday, not just once a week though 🙁 Very excited to see your transformations ladies. I have pcos and need to lose about 140 pounds to have ivf. Am 5% of the way and you guys keep me motivated.

Love you two so much! I’m watching through season 11 as I run or walk on the treadmill. It makes me work out more often because I don’t let myself watch you guys unless I’m at the gym. Just hit One-derland this morning and had a silent dance party in my bathroom as I imagined you, Marci and Courtney cheering for me. Thanks for your example and inspiration. Question for Hannah: I love that gold necklace you wear with the two interlocking circles. Where did you get it? I’d like to find a similar one to buy once I hit my goal weight of losing 50 pounds. 10 down, 40 to go!

Thanks for some new ideas regarding food/exercise logs. I keep mine on the myNetDiary app, but the disadvantage seems to be that I can’t easily go back to times that resulted in successful weight loss weeks, etc. I am seeing the value of putting it all in pen and paper! Thanks!
By the way, I’m so glad I found your blog. It is so inspiring and real! Lets me know that the weight loss journey is a lifetime commitment. I’m 62 and am down to 150 from 206 and have kept it off for 3 years. Wish I had discovered hard, sweaty exercise when I was 30! But better late than never!
